Yoga isn’t just about poses, flexibility and strength. It’s about connection. Connecting the body with the mind and spirit. Connecting your breath to your movements. Moving mindfully. This is the philosophy I teach my clients as I take them through vinyasa style yoga sessions specifically catered to their abilities and goals. Each session begins and ends with gratitude and has an extended savasana to take your practice to a whole new level.
