Mindful movement and meditation are two pillars in my life. I begin my mornings with them and it literally changes the way I go about my day. Soon, I’ll be uploading either short yoga classes or meditations for you (sometimes both!) every week. This space will remain free for as long as I’m able to keep it that way. I really just want to make mindfulness and it’s practices accessible to all.
